Lacey Shirley began her legal practice in a Tulsa firm where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex litigation matters. Here at The Bardwell Firm, Lacey continues to assist both individuals and business entities with difficult legal disputes. Lacey works closely with clients focused on providing a relational and responsive service aimed at meeting the specific needs of that client to obtain results. She has the ability to see the big picture while immersing herself in the minutiae of litigation and investigation. Lacey is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Lacey is a native of Van Buren, Arkansas, where she spent her formative years riding horses, deer hunting with her dad and working on the family plant farm, Parks Brothers Farm. Lacey obtained her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Arkansas State University in 2000. After spending many years as a stay-at-home mom, Lacey pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2017. While pursuing her Juris Doctor, she served as an editor on the Energy Law Journal, received the Sustainable Energy and Resources Law Certificate, and received a CALI Award in International Environmental Law - all while raising three teenage daughters and working part time.
