Kelsey K. Bardwell, JD, MBA is a certified mediator of civil matters in the state of Arkansas. Kelsey utilizes her experience as a trial attorney to assist parties in mediating civil matters such as personal injury cases and insurance settlement disputes. She also uses her business education and experience to assist parties with contract, trust administration and business dissolution disputes.
